For customers using Front Desk, we process end-customer messages and metadata as directed by the customer.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, respond to enquiries and demo requests, send service-related communications including onboarding and feature updates, analyse usage patterns to enhance our platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Front Desk Data Processing
When you use KarrotsKode Front Desk, we process end-customer messages, call data and interaction metadata on your behalf. You are the controller of this data and we act as the processor. Front Desk data is processed according to your configured rules and workflows. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect this data.
AI & Automated Processing
KarrotsKode uses artificial intelligence to assist with customer communication and workflow automation. AI processing occurs in Australian and secure international cloud environments. We do not use customer data to train public AI models. AI-assisted outputs are designed to support, not replace, human decision-making.
Data Storage & Security
We store data in secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement access controls, monitoring and regular security reviews. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security. We notify affected parties of data breaches as required by Australian law.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, we provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data before deletion. Front Desk conversation data is retained according to your configured retention policies.
