Certain KarrotsKode services, including Agent OS subscriptions and custom Front Desk implementations, are governed by separate service agreements or statements of work. Where a separate agreement exists and conflicts with these general terms, the separate agreement prevails for that specific service.
Website & Demos
The KarrotsKode website provides information about our services, including interactive demos of Front Desk workflows. Demo content is illustrative and does not constitute a binding offer. We reserve the right to modify website content, demos and use-case examples at any time without notice.
KarrotsKode Services
Our services include AI-assisted customer communication tools, workflow automation and business operations support. Service descriptions, features and availability may vary by plan and are detailed in the applicable service agreement. We continuously improve our services and may update features accordingly.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, ensuring the accuracy of information provided to KarrotsKode, complying with applicable laws including Australian Privacy Principles, and using the services in accordance with these terms and any applicable service agreement.
AI-Assisted Workflows
KarrotsKode uses artificial intelligence to assist with customer communication, enquiry routing and workflow automation. AI-generated responses are designed to support human decision-making, not replace it. Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving AI-assisted outputs before they reach end customers. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free or appropriate for every situation.
Third-Party Services
KarrotsKode may integrate with third-party services including messaging platforms, CRM systems and booking tools. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or privacy practices of third-party services. Integration availability may depend on the third-party provider's terms and API access.
Communications
By using KarrotsKode, you consent to receiving service-related communications including onboarding guidance, feature updates, security notifications and account-related messages. You may manage your communication preferences in your account settings.
Acceptable Use

KarrotsKode retains all rights to our platform, software, branding, documentation and proprietary methods. Customers retain ownership of their data, configurations and custom workflows created within the platform. We may use aggregated, anonymised data for service improvement and analytics.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, KarrotsKode is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements according to their terms. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with notice where practicable.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of KarrotsKode after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
